Description

Description: Get ready to discover your inner hero at Holiday Heroes Camp! Campers will create their very own holiday hero, complete with a unique name, special powers, and a creative costume.

Throughout the 3 days of camp, students will get into the holiday spirit with fun winter arts and crafts, festive games, and exciting team challenges. Working together, campers will take on a special Holiday Mission, using creativity, teamwork, and their new hero powers to help save the day! It’s a fun-filled adventure where every camper gets the chance to be a hero!

Date: Monday, December 21st - Wednesday, December 23rd

Time: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m (Aftercare available from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Morning Drop-Off
Drop-off time is between 8:00 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. We understand that mornings can be tough (for campers and parents!), so this window allows everyone to ease into the day without rushing. During this time, campers enjoy independent play to get comfortable with the space, counselors, and fellow campers.

At 8:45 a.m., we begin clean-up so we can start our 9:00 a.m. morning meeting, where campers introduce themselves, review expectations, and learn about the day’s plans.

Pick-Up & Aftercare
Regular pick-up time ends at 4:00 p.m.
If you need extra time, aftercare is available until 5:00 p.m. and can be added at any time—whether for an entire week or just a single day when needed.

Campers should bring

  • Multiple snack packs, lunch, and a reusable water bottle (food will not be heated for campers)
  • Sunscreen and a hat
  • Clothing to get wet + towel (swimsuits are ok, parents will be told in advance prior water days)
  • Extra clothes for emergencies

Reminders

  • All campers must be signed in and out of camp by an adult
  • Please be ready to present ID when picking up your camper
