Description

Intentional Tech Use: Session II with Nicki Reisburg

Description: To support families participating in this educational opportunity, BOS will be providing childcare in two formats:

  • Childcare during Intentional Tech Use for FREE (5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
  • Childcare during Intentional Tech Use + Drop In Aftercare for $20.00 (3:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.) 

Time: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Date: Thursday, January 23rd (REGISTRATION CLOSES WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 22nd at 6:00 P.M.)

Please Note:

  • BOS can accomodate 30 children, and will close when we hit our maximum
  • BOS will be providing pizza for students joining us this evening

This event is not recommended for children younger than 10. The presentation will include mentions of the growing suicide rates in youth, sensitive topics like eating disorders and drug use, in addition to several stories of children lost to social media harm. Nicki will be as respectful as possible in telling these stories, but if you are uncomfortable with your children hearing about these topics, or would prefer to have these conversations in private, please leave them at home.
