Description: Our Afterschool Flag Football class is a fun, inclusive program that helps students grow both on and off the field. Participants will learn the fundamentals of flag football—such as passing, catching, running routes, and defensive skills—while developing hand-eye coordination, agility, and overall physical fitness. Through team drills and games, students practice teamwork, communication, empathy, and sportsmanship, learning how to support one another and respect teammates and opponents alike. The program also promotes healthy habits by encouraging active lifestyles, positive attitudes toward exercise, and age-appropriate discussions around nutrition and healthy eating choices. Most importantly, students build confidence, self-discipline, and a love for movement in a safe and encouraging environment.
