Basic Moves: Students will first learn the foundational moves of breakdance, such as top rock (standing movements), footwork (floor-based movements), freezes (halted positions), and power moves (acrobatic maneuvers).

Technique: Breakdancing is a technical dance style, so students work on precise execution, coordination, and timing of moves.

Rhythm and Musicality: As a form of dance, breakdancing is deeply connected to music, so students will also learn about rhythm, timing, and how to match their moves to the beats of hip-hop music.

Sequences and Choreography: As students progress, they learn to string together different moves into sequences, and they may learn choreographed routines.

Freestyling and Improvisation: An important part of breakdancing is the ability to improvise and create unique movements on the spot. Students will often get the chance to freestyle during lessons.

The ultimate aim of breakdance lessons is to teach students the skills and confidence to express themselves through this dynamic and powerful dance style, improve their physical fitness, and potentially prepare for performance or battles.
